How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Go to Settings → Billing and click "Manage Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed securely.
When will I be charged?
You are charged immediately when you subscribe, and then on the same date each billing cycle (monthly or annually). You can view your next billing date on your billing page.
How do I access my invoices?
All invoices are available through the Stripe billing portal. Go to Settings → Billing and click "Manage Subscription" to view and download your invoices.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can reactivate your account. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
