Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) apply to credit packs, supporter access, subscriptions, and other paid access to the Service offered by Evid Invest AB, registered in Sweden (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, these Subscription Terms control for credit packs, supporter access, and paid access purchases.
1. Plans
We offer free access, credit packs, supporter access, and recurring access options with different features, usage allowances, and pricing. Details, pricing, billing intervals, included features, and usage limits are described on the Service or at checkout.
We may change, add, or remove plans at any time.
2. Billing Authorization
By purchasing credit packs, supporter access, or another paid access option, you authorize us and our payment processors (Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for disclosed fees, taxes, and other charges on a one-time or recurring basis, as shown at checkout.
Charges begin immediately upon purchase. Free access, if available, is a separate access level from credit packs, supporter access, and other paid access features.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and valid.
3. Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing interval selected at checkout and renew automatically for the same interval unless canceled before the next renewal date.
4. Fees
All fees are stated in EUR (€), exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are non-refundable except as required by mandatory law or as expressly stated.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with your purchase, other than taxes based on our net income.
5. Price Changes
We may change pricing at any time. If we change the price of a recurring subscription, the new price will apply from the next renewal after reasonable notice, unless a different notice period is required by law.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@evidinvest.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals only. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise:
- your subscription remains active until the end of the then-current paid billing period; and
- no partial refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period.
7. Refund Policy
Except where required by mandatory law, fees are non-refundable. If you are entitled to a refund under applicable law (including EU consumer protection regulations), we may issue that refund to the original payment method.

8. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If mandatory consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from your purchase within a statutory withdrawal period, that right applies notwithstanding anything else in these Subscription Terms.
By purchasing credit packs, supporter access, or another paid access option and requesting immediate access to the Service, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract. Where permitted by law, you acknowledge that you may be charged a proportionate amount for the part of the Service already provided before any valid withdrawal, and that your right of withdrawal may be limited accordingly.
9. Free Access and Paid Access
Free access, if available, is separate from credit packs, supporter access, and other paid access features. Payment is due immediately when you buy paid access unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
10. Usage Limits
Your plan may be subject to usage limits, credit caps, query limits, rate limits, seat limits, or feature restrictions described at checkout or in your account. If you exceed applicable limits, we may throttle access, suspend features, require an upgrade, or terminate access.
11. No Redistribution; No Feed Rights
A subscription does not grant you the right to:
- redistribute, republish, sublicense, or expose any data, outputs, or content from the Service;
- operate a public or commercial API, MCP service, bot, feed, newsletter, or alerting service using the Service or its data, unless expressly authorized by us in writing;
- extract or export data in bulk; or
- provide Service access to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
12. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, downgrade, restrict, or terminate any subscription or paid feature immediately if: (a) payment fails or is reversed; (b) you breach these Terms or the Terms of Service; (c) your use creates legal, licensing, security, fraud, or operational risk; or (d) required by law, regulator, payment provider, or upstream provider.
13. Feature Changes
We may add, remove, replace, restrict, or modify features, tools, datasets, interfaces, or functionality at any time. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory law.
14. Promotions
We may offer promotional pricing or credits from time to time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, when a promotion ends, standard subscription pricing applies and your payment method will be charged at the standard rate at the next renewal.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted. Your continued use of the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
