Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, applications, dashboards, tools, models, APIs, MCP interfaces, content, and services made available by Evid Invest AB, registered in Sweden (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service

The Service provides informational tools, analytics, company valuation functionality, financial data displays, estimates, summaries, research outputs, and related features for informational purposes only.

The Service may include information obtained from third-party sources, including market data, company information, estimates, financial metrics, reference data, and similar content (“Third-Party Data”).

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. No Investment Advice; Informational Use Only

The Service is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. Nothing in the Service constitutes or should be understood as:

  • investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice;
  • a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or investment;
  • personalized advice or a statement that any investment, transaction, or strategy is suitable for you; or
  • a guarantee, promise, or representation regarding future performance or results.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, due diligence, and evaluation of all risks. You must not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any investment, trading, business, or financial decision.

4. Third-Party Data

The Service may display, incorporate, summarize, or rely on Third-Party Data. Third-Party Data may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to correction or revision at any time without notice.

We do not create or control most Third-Party Data and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or fitness for any purpose. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership or redistribution rights in any Third-Party Data.

5. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service solely for your own personal use or internal business use, and only in the manner expressly permitted by these Terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, frame, cache, extract, download, or systematically collect any data, content, outputs, or materials from the Service;
  • sell, resell, license, sublicense, syndicate, publish, broadcast, transfer, distribute, or otherwise make available the Service or any data, content, or outputs from the Service;
  • download, export, or store data or outputs in bulk, or use the Service as a substitute for a licensed market data feed or redistribution product;
  • use the Service or any output to create, train, improve, benchmark, validate, or populate any competing product, model, dataset, database, index, feed, or service;
  • access the Service through bots, scrapers, scripts, agents, or automated methods except as expressly authorized by us in writing;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover non-public aspects of the Service;
  • bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent any technical, contractual, or security restrictions, rate limits, or access controls;
  • remove, alter, or obscure any legal notices, disclaimers, or proprietary markings;
  • use the Service in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right; or
  • misrepresent any output, estimate, analysis, score, or valuation as guaranteed, official, or verified by us.

7. API, MCP, and Machine-Readable Access

If we provide any API, MCP server, feed, export function, machine-readable endpoint, or similar interface, you may use it only as expressly permitted by your plan and these Terms.

You may not use any such interface to:

  • extract, cache, store, or replicate underlying data in bulk;
  • redistribute or expose underlying data to third parties;
  • create a competing product, dataset, or feed; or
  • exceed rate limits or bypass plan restrictions.

8. Accounts

You may need an account to access parts of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

9. Outputs

The Service may generate valuations, analyses, rankings, summaries, scores, estimates, forecasts, and other outputs. Such outputs may rely on assumptions, model choices, historical data, estimated figures, and Third-Party Data, and may differ materially from reality or future results. Outputs may contain errors and are provided for informational use only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, methods, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, you receive no right, title, or interest in or to the Service.

11. Feedback

If you provide comments, ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them for any purpose without restriction or compensation.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, accurate, secure, current, or error-free. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, provider failures, force majeure events, or other reasons.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, if: (a) you violate these Terms; (b) we suspect scraping, redistribution, abuse, fraud, or misuse; (c) your use creates legal, regulatory, licensing, security, or operational risk; (d) we are required to do so by law, court order, regulator, or payment provider; or (e) we discontinue the Service or any part of it.

Upon suspension or termination, your right to access and use the Service ends immediately.

15. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, ALL OUTPUTS, AND ALL DATA AND CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED: (a) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (b) IF YOU USED THE SERVICE ON A FREE BASIS, EUR 10.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS.

17. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) your redistribution or misuse of data or outputs obtained from the Service.

18. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted or otherwise communicated. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law applicable to you.

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Stockholm, Sweden, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
