These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Evid Invest platform (evidinvest.com), operated by EBD Sweden AB ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Evid Invest, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Evid Invest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Evid Invest is an AI-powered investment analysis platform that provides company valuations, financial data, and analytical tools. The platform is designed to help users make more informed investment decisions.

Evid Invest is not a financial advisor. The information provided on this platform does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any other form of professional advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Account Registration

To use Evid Invest, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid features of Evid Invest require a subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@evidinvest.com for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained from Evid Invest
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with others

Evid Invest is intended for personal and professional investment research use only.

6. Disclaimer

The information provided by Evid Invest is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions.

  • Not financial advice: Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
  • No guarantees: Past performance is not indicative of future results. AI-generated valuations are estimates and may contain errors.
  • Third-party data: Financial data is sourced from third-party providers and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, EBD Sweden AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of Evid Invest.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Evid Invest at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Evid Invest after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
